Establishing SIP Connections between Voca CIC and other Calling services
You can establish SIP Connections between the Voca CIC service and other Live Platform and Microsoft Calling services.You must then configure the relevant Call Flow in the Voca CIC interface for routing calls to the relevant entity. For example, transfer a call or send SMS messages to a Call Center. The provided SBC scripts provide basic setup including creating a Proxy Set and SIP trunk for the Voca service Voca CIC Onboarding Scripts.
